Straight-track, flexible-track, fillet and magnetic crawler welding carriages for tanks, pipelines, shipbuilding and steel structures — 29 models built to replace manual welding with consistent, repeatable seams.
Tell us your weld type, workpiece diameter and plate thickness — we'll recommend the right model.
Tell us what you are welding, the weld type and the welding position — or jump straight to your industry. Our engineers will recommend a welding carriage for your job.
Find the Right Welding Carriage →Every series is available in integrated or split type, with straight-swing and angle-swing torch options. Mounted in minutes, welding all day.
RG SeriesHigh-elastic stainless-steel belt track with magnetic blocks clings to curved surfaces — ideal for large tank shells and curved welds, Dia. 2000 mm and above.

CX SeriesMagnetic-wheel drive climbs and welds on pipes and curved steel from Ø108 mm upward — optional anti-drift fixture keeps the seam perfectly on line.

Adjustable swing width, angle, speed and dwell time deliver uniform, defect-free welds — no more relying on welder skill or endurance.
Strong magnetic tracks and clamps attach to the workpiece directly — no scaffolding, no fixtures, no repositioning of heavy equipment.
Special tracks, dual-torch setups, intermittent welding and industry-specific automation machines can be customized to your workpiece.

Little Gecko® is our own registered brand of automatic welding carriages, founded in 2020. We build one complete range — straight-track, flexible-track, fillet-welding and magnetic crawlers, plus the HLGB tube-to-tubesheet welding machine — 29 carriage models in total, standard or customized to your workpiece.
Everything is produced in our 3,000 m² workshop in Hengshui, Hebei — around 3,000 carriages a year, out of some 30,000 welding machines made there in total — by a team of more than 60 people: production, engineering, testing, export and after-sales. Every machine is test-welded before packing and shipped with the export documents in order. Little Gecko carriages are now at work in more than 30 countries.
You deal with one team from the first question to the spare part — that is the whole idea behind Little Gecko.
